Ever since my parents have crossed the 50s their health and wellbeing has become a major concern for me. As both of them are working it becomes more important to look for healthy choices of breakfast to start the day. Saffola masala oats are one of the common picks for me most of the time. I cook it as a porridge or sometimes make a chilla out of it or idli or a Tikki to bring variety and at the same time ensure a healthy meal.

Saffola masala oats are best available in the market they are easy to cook comes with all the veggies masalas you just need to add it in hot water and cook. they are fiber-rich and contains low fat but the flavor enhancer used in it are harmful to the health.

just need to say - healthy version that fulfill chatpatti cravings , love the texture and flavours. whenever want to feed your tummy in a short time , i think this1 is a great option to do so . I am always keep it in my kitchen and advice everyone to try it.

I never thought i'd say yes to any oats,but when my friend suggested me, I tried @ Saffola masala oats .i prepared upma,soups ,uttapums,pavbhaji and many items using Saffola masala oats for my breakfast and specially for choti-choti bhookh .Now @ Saffola masala oats is hit in my kitchen ingredients list .packing is easy to store it.

I take them regularly but I am sort of bored taking them instantly. Can you please elaborate how you use them for upma or pavbhaji etc.?

The product quality is good as this are prepared in a variety of ways. The oats have been rolled into flat flakes then steamed and toasted. Sometimes these are considered as good for health. Product preparing: These oats are prepared as these are added to the boiling water or milk. Flavor: this product is having many flavors are available in the market. But tasty to eat. Product packing; the cover of the packet is good quality and I got a good product. Value for money: the product is at too cost to buy compared to other products. Thank you.

I never thought i'd say this but these oats aren't so bad! Infact they are quite good for a pseudo healthy ready to eat food item. I did make them extremely soupy so as to fool myself into thinking it was just another soup... Its masala does a good job of masking the bland-ness we otherwise associate with oats.

One of the best product , you can eat it as Breakfast/Lunch or Dinner. Saffola Masala Oats was my hunger savior during tea break at office ,especially when you are stuck in a meeting. Recently I tried seasoned with dry fruits , it was too tasty and yummy. Thank you Saffola for giving me this awesome product.
