  • 1. In a pan dry roast oats till golden
  • 2. In a kadhai add oil and crackle jeera add curry patta and green chilli
  • 3. Now add chopped onions and fry till transparent
  • 4. Now add all vegetables and satue for 3 minutes
  • 5. Now add all the masala and fry add
  • 6. Cook till the vegetables soften now add lemon juice n roasted oats n fry add water half cup or more If u want a soupy version....
  • 7. Serve hot by garnishing coriander leaves
