Ingredients For Oil-free No-Cook Dahi Vada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make filling by adding grated coconut, pomegranate pearls, nuts, ginger, raisins, chironji and salt.
  • 2. Trim the edges of the bread.
  • 3. Dip bread in a bowl of water and squeeze it with both the hands.
  • 4. Put little filling in the squeezed bread and form a ball by pressing between hands. Like we make bread rolls.
  • 5. Make all the Vadas. Whisk curd and add spices except salt.
  • 6. Put the above made curd on all the Vadas and keep it in the refrigerator for few hours better if for a day.
  • 7. At the time of serving add more curd after adding salt. Add tamarind and green chutney. Serve with love.
