Ingredients For Onion Paneer Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Stuffing: in a bowl add grated paneer, finely chopped onions, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped coriander, dhaniya powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
  • 2. In another bowl, add wheat flour, salt and turmeric powder and knead well for making paratha.
  • 3. Make small balls of the kneaded dough and keep aside. Take a ball and roll with a rolling pin a 2 inch diameter paratha, now stuff 1 TSP paneer mixture , wrap the paratha and roll nicely.
  • 4. Once the parathas are done. Heat a pan and roast the parathas and at the end apply oil or ghee.
