Traditionally Kulcha, a typical Indian Punjabi stuffed flatbread, is prepared by baking in a tandoor oven but to make stuffed kulcha, through this recipe, no oven or tandoor is needed. Prepare this delicious potato and paneer filled kulcha very easily on tawa and make the most out of it. 1.Please clean the tawa before putting another kulcha, as it may not stick on the tawa and may fall down while turning the tawa upside down. 2 If dry mango powder is unavailable then chaat masala can be used. 3 This can also be prepared into an oven at 180 degress for 10 mins
