Ingredients For Onion Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Combine wheat flour, salt and oil from, slowly add water and make a soft dough.
  • 2. Combine chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Gently mix and keep this ready.
  • 3. Divide the dough into equal sized dough balls and roll out each dough balls and roll out each dough ball into a thick chapati, place in some of the onion stuffing in the center.
  • 4. Gather the edges and pinch the dough to seal it as shown.
  • 5. Dust some flour and roll out as a Paratha.
  • 6. Heat a tawa and fry the paratha over medium high flame.
  • 7. Once it brown's on one side, flip to the other side and cook again.
  • 8. Flip one more time to cook evenly on both sides.
  • 9. Drizzle ghee depending on your preference.
  • 10. Once done remove from pan and repeat the same for the rest of dough and finish, serve hot with plain curd on side or some spicy gravy of your choice.
