Ingredients For Onion Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the paneer into small cubes. Sliced the onions.
  • 2. Wash and Soak rice for 10 minutes .
  • 3. Take a sauce pan heat ghee. Fry paneer cubes. Keep it aside.
  • 4. In same ghee add sliced onions. Fry it till it becomes brown. Keep it aside.
  • 5. Now add whole spices and cumin in ghee. Saute it for few seconds. Add black pepper powder, salt and biryani masalas.
  • 6. Mix it. Now add some fried onions and soaked rice in it. Mix it. Add 2 cup hot water in it. Cover it with lid.
  • 7. Turn the flame slow. Cook it until rice perfectly cooked.
  • 8. Turn off the flame. Add paneer pieces in it.
  • 9. Remove it in bowl. Garnish with fried onions and coriander leaves.
