Ingredients For Orange Barfi Cheesecake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First let us make cheese. For that keep the milk to boil.
  • 2. After one boil is observed, add vinegar and stirr so milk will be curdled. Now transfer it to a maslin cloath to drain out the water.
  • 3. Wash it thoroughly and hang for some time.
  • 4. Transfer it to a mixer jar. Add a pinch of salt and blend it till you get smooth consistency.
  • 5. Your cheese is ready. Keep it into fridge.
  • 6. Heat ghee in a pan. Add semolina and roast it well on very low flame.
  • 7. Once rawa is roasted, add desicated coconut and milk and combine well. Make sure no lumps remain.
  • 8. After milk is absorbed, add sugar and orange crush. Mix well.
  • 9. Kerp stirring till you get a good consistency. Once it starts leaving pan, switch off the flame.
  • 10. Spread it on a greased plate. Top it with almond silvers.
  • 11. Crush the digestive biscuits and add melted butter in it. Mix well
  • 12. Take a small jar. In a bottom, spread the biscuits mixture. Over it keep some burfi. Over it layer the cream cheese. Repear the layers.
  • 13. Serve it.
