Methods
  • 1. In a pan, pour some oil add palak leaf, green chilies
  • 2. Add garlic, sauté it for few minutes
  • 3. Let this cool transferred the mixture into mixer jar
  • 4. Add coconut, salt to taste, fried gram, grind this into a chutney
  • 5. For tadka, in a pan pour some oil add mustard jeera hing and red chili.
  • 6. In a bowl transfer the chutney and add tadka.
