Methods
  • 1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the paneer, then add cumin seeds,whole spices, ginger garlic and green chillies to the frying pan and fry them after adding tomatoes, after the tomatoes are cooked add salt, all spices and yogurt
  • 2. Now put chopped spinach and cook it, after cooking add the pieces of paneer
  • 3. After washing the rice, add double the water, salt and whole spices, now put the spinach cheese layer in a pan, add the rice, after mixing the green color in the water, add the spinach cheese layer again, add ghee to the mint Leaves broken by hand
  • 4. mix well and serve hot
