Boil water in a wok. Then add the spinach leaves. Let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes.

After 3 to 4 minutes strain the spinach leaves and put them in the chilled water.

Take a blending jar and add boiled spinach leaves, green chilli, black salt and mango Ginger. Blend them and then take aside.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and turmeric powder to the hot oil. Then switch off the flame. Add this Tadka (tempering) to the blending stuff. Mix it well.
