Ingredients For Palak Soup (Spinach Soup) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Separate the stems from the spinach leaves and wash them twice with water. Wash the tomatoes and ginger also.
  • 2. Cut the spinach leaves, tomatoes and ginger into big pieces and put them inside the cooker along with 2-3 table spoon water to boil. Turn off the flame once the spinach becomes tender.
  • 3. Let the vegetables cool down a little and then put them into the mixing jar and run the mixer to get a paste.
  • 4. Pour 1 ltr. (5 cup) water into the mixture and sieve it with a strainer in a steel bowl. Keep the bowl on the stove and let the soup boil again. Mix salt, black salt and black pepper into the soup and cook the soup for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Spinach soup is ready. Turn off the flame and put 1-2 cubes of butter, lemon juice into it and mix well.
