Methods
  • 1. Boil 3 potatoes for 3 whistles. If they are small give them 2 whistles
  • 2. Mash them in a bowl after they have cooled.
  • 3. Add grated paneer, pepper powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, salt and mix well
  • 4. Mix well and add bread crumbs along with coriander leaves.
  • 5. Make tikkis and deep fry or shallow fry them. Serve hot with chutney and bread
