Ingredients For Paneer Fingers

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl mix ginger garlic paste, salt,red chili, pepper, oregano and oil and put it in the paneer pieces
  • 2. Now in a second bowl, mix cornflour, rice flour, salt and some water to make a thick batter, dipping in a piece of paneer and heating a little oil in a nonstick pan, shallow fry.
  • 3. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with mint sauce
