Ingredients For Paneer stuffed focaccia bun Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dissolve yeast in 2tbsp Lukewarm water
  • 2. Add sugar keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Take a big mixing bowl and take flour
  • 4. Add 1tsp chilli talked
  • 5. oregano and salt to it.mix well and add yeast to it.make a sticky soft dough by adding water.
  • 6. Take flour on a clean kitchen platform and stretch the dough
  • 7. Knead dough till smooth by stretch and fold method(don't avoid this step as it helps to activate glutan which helps in making a good bread).
  • 8. Add olive oil and make ball.keep aside for 40 minutes.
  • 9. Heat 1tsp oil in a pan add chopped vegetables and cook till tender add paneer
  • 10. Add salt and pepper add italian herbs and keep it cool.
  • 11. Make 4 balls from dough flatten them ,add stuffing and make ball again by sealing the edges carefully. press it lightly to make flat.
  • 12. Now top up with onion capsicum and cheese.keep aside for another 20 minutes.
  • 13. Preheat oven at 180° for 10 minutes ,now bake buns for 20-25 minutes in preheated oven till golden.
  • 14. ready to serve hot.
