Ingredients For Paniyaram Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a one bowl and add rajgara flour, penut crumb, potato crust, chopped green chili , ginger pest and salt.
  • 2. After that add buttermilk as require and Mix it well.
  • 3. After that the pan is heated, add 1 tsp of oil in all and add one tablespoon better in all.
  • 4. Then cover the lid and let it cook for 3 minutes.
  • 5. Turn the paniyaram , cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
  • 6. Take it to the serving plate and serve hot.
