Isse ek glass milk ke saath khane se hamare badan me garmi aati h isiliye isse thand ke mausam me jyada khaya jata hai isse thand me hone wale badan sard se aaram milta hai. Ye hamari Dadi pardadi ki recipe hai.

Methods
  • 1. Take a big frying pan and put ghee in it. And add besan in it. And fry till golden brown color.
  • 2. Then switch off the gas. In a medium sized pan put ghee and Fry Gond. Till gond cooked.
  • 3. Grind the cooked Gond till it become like puree.
  • 4. Crush almond and cashew.
  • 5. then add crushed almonds ,cashew and grinded Gond it in golden browned besan
  • 6. Then add charmajaz and saunth too.
  • 7. Add saunf , khaskhas and powered sugar also. And then mix everything together.
