Methods
  • 1. Mix suji and curd and rest for 15 minutes
  • 2. Grind peas and make smooth paste
  • 3. Add peas paste, salt and baking powder with suji and mix it well
  • 4. Heat water in a non-stick pan and put a stand into water.
  • 5. Take some small steel bowl. Pour 2-3 drops of oil into each bowl. Brush with 2-3 drops of oil in a bowl. Pour half of the batter in it, place it on the stand and cover it for twenty minutes
  • 6. Turn off the gas and after cooling down, turning around with a knife, turning the bowl over and pressing a little. Idli is ready to serve
