Ingredients For Peri peri poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First wash the poha twice drain all the water and keep aside .
  • 2. Now in a pan add oil heat it then add jeera , chopped or grated ginger , turmeric and hing . Let the jeera splutter .
  • 3. Now add onions with a pinch of salt and cook till translucent .
  • 4. Once onions are cooked add in peas and corn and make it soft . Add salt to taste foe the veggies.
  • 5. Now add the poha peri peri masala and salt to taste for the poha and mix well.
  • 6. Lastly mix in lime juice and garnish with coriander and serve .
