Ingredients For Pesarettu Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly wash whole moong dal and soaked in water for 4 hours
  • 2. Drain extra water
  • 3. Grind moong dal , cumin , ginger and rice flour together and add salt
  • 4. Make a fine semi thik batter just like dosa or chilla
  • 5. Now take dosa tawa or any tawa on high flame
  • 6. When tawa is hot, sprinkle some water and wipe now tawa is ready for pesarettu
  • 7. Now pour laddle full batter on center of tawa .make a thin cercle
  • 8. Sprinkle 1 tea spoon oil over the pesarettu
  • 9. Cook both side gently
