Ingredients For PINEAPPLE HALWA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. 1. Grate pineapple and remove excess juice
  • 2. 2. In a pan Fry grated pineapple till the juice evaporate. If it not cooked evenly you can add remaining juice in required quantity and keep frying.
  • 3. 3.Once juice is evaporated, add 25 grams Ghee,& 1 pinch salt, keep frying
  • 4. 4.Add sugar, mix well until sugar melts and mix thoroughly
  • 5. 5.Mix khoya and saute,
  • 6. 6.Add 50 grams ghee, chopped almonds, raisins and keep fry till get halwa consistency
  • 7. 7. Finally add remaining ghee tutti frutti, cardamon powder and fry till ghee separate. Now your Favorite Pineapple Halwa ready to serve.
