1.
In a vessel, whisk the sugar, curd and oil well. Now take milk in a cup, and add color to it. And keep it separate.

Now sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda through a sieve in a vessel containing curd. Now mix slowly. Now add colored milk, and mix well.

Now add pistachio shavings. Now keep a pot to heat first. Now grease the cake tin well, apply butter paper. Now add cake batter.
4.
Now keep it in the pot. Bake for 30-35 minutes. When it cools down Remove then. Now beat the sugar and milk. And put it on top of the cake. Decorate the top with pistachio powder and pistachio shavings.
