Ingredients For Pizza Rolls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix 1 tsp of yeast in lukewarm water along with 1 spoon of sugar. Keep it aside for 10 mins Sieve 1 cup maida along with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder (optional). Once the yeast develops bubbles over it make a well in flour and pour the water
  • 2. Knead a soft dough by adding little water at a time. Knead for 15 mins ( stretch the dough while kneading). Rest it in a greased bowl for 1.5 hours
  • 3. In a bowl take all the ingredients listed under fillings and keep aside.
  • 4. When the dough has doubled size punch it and knead for a min. Roll it medium thick just like a pizza base. Spread butter, pizza pasta sauce. Place the filling on one end and top with grated cheese
  • 5. Wash with water / milk and bake at 180 - 190 degree for 20 mins. Enjoyyy
