Methods
  • 1. Wash Poha 2-3 times under tap water and then drain the excess water.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, and asafoetida in it.
  • 3. Then add onions and let it sauté then add potatoes and let it cook for 2 mins at medium flame.
  • 4. Add the poha in it and let it cook.
  • 5. Sprinkle turmeric in it and mix well then cover it with lid and cook.
  • 6. Switch off the gas and garnish it with lemon juice and serve.
