Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the poha in a Pan on a slow flame for about 5/6 minutes. Then let it cool completely
  • 2. Now take roasted poha in a bowl
  • 3. Add chopped onions ,tomatoes,green chilli, coriander leaves , Namkeen sev,roasted/fried peanuts , Salt, black Salt , chaat masala, and lemon juice mix all together.
  • 4. Add green chutney and sweet tamarind chutney. Add 2 tbsp Namkeen bhujiya mix all together
  • 5. Yummy poha bhel is ready to be sarved
