  • 1. Boil potatoes and peel them.
  • 2. Mash the potatoes.
  • 3. Wash poha and mix it in the mashed potatoes.
  • 4. Add cornstarch, red chilly powder, salt, chaat masala, magic masala and mix the bater properly.
  • 5. Make oval shape balls with this bater.
  • 6. Take oil in the pan and heat it.
  • 7. Deep fry the oval shape balls in pre heated oil until they become golden brown.
  • 8. Serve them hot with ketchup.
