Methods
  • 1. Take poha in a bowl. Soak it for 5 mins.
  • 2. Now strain soaked poha n squeeze it properly. Keep aside.
  • 3. Now in a large bowl take all ingredients n mix well.
  • 4. Mix n mash it . Grease your hands n take little portion n give shape of cutlet.
  • 5. Accordingly make all.
  • 6. Heat oil in pan. Shallow fry on both sides till golden brown n crispy on low to medium flame.
  • 7. Accordingly fry all. Serve hot with choice of dip /sauce/chutney
