Ingredients For POHA DOSA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Soak rice and split urad dal in water for 3 - 4 hours.
  • 2. Grind to make a soft batter.
  • 3. Soak poha for half an hour.
  • 4. In a blender add soaked poha and curd to make a fine batter and add this batter in the rice batter.
  • 5. Add salt and baking soda and mix well.
  • 6. Grease non stick pan with oil.
  • 7. Add one tbsp dosa batter and spread it.
  • 8. Drizzle one tbsp oil.
  • 9. Flip it and cook both the sides.
  • 10. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
