Ingredients For Poha Gulab Jamun Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly,in a mixer jar grind poha finely.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl,take all ingredients for dough and by gradually adding milk prepare a semi-soft dough.
  • 3. Divide mixture in equal portions of a lemon sized balls and make crackfree balls.And in a pot prepare sugar syrup of semi-thick consistency.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the gulab jamun balls on low medium flame.
  • 5. Immediately dip all balls in hot sugar syrup and leave it all for 1 hour.
  • 6. Poha Gulab Jamun is ready to serve.
  • 7. Garnish with casews.
