  • 1. Soak chana daal for 1 hour.
  • 2. Take oil in a pan and heat it.
  • 3. Once the oil gets heated. Deep fry poha, chana daal and chips one by one. Crush the chips.
  • 4. Take them in a big bowl add bhujia ,salt,red chilly powder, chat masala and mix them well.
  • 5. Store it in air tight container.
