Ingredients For Poha pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1. First wash the poha and soak it for few minutes. Stain it and leave aside.
  • 2. 2. Heat oil in heavy bottom pan and roast the peanuts and keep aside.
  • 3. 3. In the same oil, add kalonji, ginger and curry leaves one by one.
  • 4. 4. Then add chopped carrot and beans. Saute the veggies with turmeric, salt and green chillies.
  • 5. 5. Stir fry the veggies and cover it for few seconds until soft.
  • 6. 6. After that, add rinsed poha, sugar and roasted peanuts.
  • 7. 7. Mix well and serve it hot.
