Methods
  • 1. Take a cooking pot and add oil into it
  • 2. Then add mustard seeds in it and saute it till it crackles
  • 3. Then add green chilli, onion and peanuts in it and saute it.
  • 4. Then add turmeric powder and then add poha into it and mix it
  • 5. Then add salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, and coriander leaves in it and mix it well.
  • 6. Poha is ready to serve.
  • 7. Take it in a serving plate and garnish with ratlami sev.
