Ingredients For Potato Fritters Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel off the skin from the potatoes.
  • 2. Slice them and wash the potato slices in water.
  • 3. To make the batter take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup gram flour, all the spices, salt and baking soda and mix well.
  • 4. Now add water accordingly to make a flowing consistency batter.
  • 5. Now dip the potato slices in the batter and deep fry in medium hot oil.
  • 6. Deep fry till golden brown and remove on absorbent paper.
  • 7. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
