  • 1. Roast the oats a little. cool it and grind it.
  • 2. Take out all the seeds of the dates. And keep it soaked in water for 1 hour. Now grind it.
  • 3. Now put the dates in a pan. And cook it well until it dries.
  • 4. Now roast all the dry fruits. Now add all the dry fruits and oats to the dates and mix well. Now turn off the gas. Now add honey and mix.
  • 5. Now apply some ghee in a plate, pour the mixture and spread it well. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
  • 6. Now cut it into desired shapes and apply coconut powder on top. Protein bars are ready.
