Ingredients For PUMPKIN SOUP RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Remove the skin of pumpkin. Chop onion and pumpkin into pieces.
  • 2. In a pressure cooker add butter and onion .Saute it for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Add garlic. Saute. Add pumpkin pices, salt and pepper powder. Mix it well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Add 2 cups water. Close the lid , pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.
  • 5. Let it cool . Blend it with hand blender or in mixer jar.
  • 6. Transfer it in serving bowl. Garnish with black pepper and coriander leaves.
