Ingredients For Punjabi curry...malai kofta Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Kofta... Mix paneer, potato and besan. Add chopped green chillies, coriander, 1/2 tsp garam masala and salt. Make balls of this mixture and deep fry to make koftas.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry till it turns brown.
  • 3. Add dry masala and tomato puree and mashed paneer and fry till it leaves oil.
  • 4. Paste of all the seeds. Pour water and boil. Add kasuri methi. Now add garam masala.
  • 5. 15 minutes before serving, place koftas in a dish and pour boiled gravy on it. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapatis or nan.
