Methods
  • 1. Take a non stick pan and add ghee to it.now add quinoa to it and roast it at low flame.
  • 2. Keep stirring till it turns golden in colour.
  • 3. Then add water and cook for 10 minutes by covering the lid at low flame.
  • 4. Now when quinoa got cooked add sugar , cardamom powder,sliced almond and mix well.
  • 5. Now healthy and tasty quinoa halwa is ready to serve.
