When its about salad, many people doesn't like to eat. But this is a combination of health and taste so I am sure if you will eat once, surely come for more. I have tried to incorporate Indian taste with quinoa which is considered as superfood nowadays. Addition of walnut gives nice crunch to the salad.

Ingredients For Quinoa Walnut Salad Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pot add water and being it to a boil.
  • 2. Add few chunks of beetroot. Also add quinoa and pinch of salt and let it get cook.
  • 3. In a bowl add olive oil, orange juice, chilli flakes, lemon juice, pepper powder, soya sauce and salt to taste and mix well.
  • 4. Add boiled quinoa, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, chopped beetroot and mix gently.
  • 5. Now add chopped fresh mint leaves and mix in it tossed walnuts.
  • 6. Your healthy salad is ready to serve.
