Ingredients For Ragi cookies

Methods
  • 1. First roast the ragi flour on slow flame till it gives an aromatic smell. Cool and transfer to a bowl.
  • 2. Now mix in wheat flour, custard powder salt, sugar, jaggery powder and baking powder well.
  • 3. Time to mix ghee and milk and make it into a dough.
  • 4. Cover the dough and chill for half hour .
  • 5. Make balls and then using a fork make impressions on the sides of the cookies .
  • 6. Bake for 20 mins in preheated oven of 180 degrees.
