Ragi flour very sensitive to prepare, so please be patient to cook. We can eat it plain too without lava effects, it also taste so delicious and love by all.

Ingredients For Ragi lava muffins dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, take a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients of batter one by one except Eno and make a batter, not so thick not so runny, slow flowing consistency. Now place the water in steamer on gas stove and heat it. Now grease the muffins mould and in batter add eno fruit salt.
  • 2. Mix together the batter and pour in mould and steam it for 15 to 20 min. Meanwhile make the tempering for it by using the tempering ingredients. When it steamed for 15 min plz check it once with the help of toothpick or fork , if it comes out clear, it means these muffins are ready.
  • 3. Now let the muffins cool down for while and now make a whole from upper side with any bottle cap or from cake nozzles and place it out , means scoop it out and fill here curd, tamarind chutney, pomegranate seeds and garnish it with Sev, tempering which we prepare and mint leaves and serve.
  • 4. We can also eat while adding tempering on it. It also taste so delicious and yummlicious 😋. For making tempering, take a tadka pan heat it, add oil , heat it, add mustard seeds, seasame seeds, chillies, curry Leaves and crackle all. And off the flame and add on muffins.
