Ingredients For Ragi Moringa parathas Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add the ragi flour and all the spices
  • 2. Add washed and chopped moringa leaves
  • 3. Add 1 tblsp ghee
  • 4. Mix all the ingredients and knead dough using luke warm water
  • 5. Knead the dough and keep aside for 10 mins
  • 6. Heat a griddle and roll the parathas by taking some portion of kneaded dough
  • 7. Roast both the sides evenly by applying ghee and serve
