Note-: To prepare a Ragi dough is not much easy but we can , once try this method. Here I use the hot panneer leftover water.

Ingredients For Ragi Sev Parantha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, prepare the paneer from 1 glass of milk by boiling it and adding lemon juice in it and strain and keep aside the paneer for extract excess water from it. Now meanwhile prepare dough by using 1 tbsp leftover Paneer water by adding both the flours and salt. Keep aside for 5 min.
  • 2. Now after 5 min knead the dough by adding little ghee on palms and knead it very well. Now prepare the paneer stuffing by adding panneer, red chilli powder, salt, cumin seeds, Bikaneri Sev, finely chopped onion. Mix together very well in a bowl and keep aside.
  • 3. Now place the pan (tawa) on gas stove, heat it, meanwhile take the dough, knead it and divide it in 3 equal parts as balls and roll it by roller pin and add stuffing. And again roll it and bake and shallow fry it on preheated tawa by adding ghee on both the sides. Fry it until it becomes crisp.
  • 4. Serve it with green chutney, tomato Ketchup or any kind of dip.
