Roast the oats first then cool and transfer to mixy. Now add coco powder baking powder pinch of salt and jaggery and grind it.

Soak rajma for six hours then pressure cook till soft and grind it. Now add this to the jaggery oats mixture. To this add oil mix well vanilla essence and bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
