1. Stir the milk and scrap the sides of the pan so that it doesn't stick to the side of the pan.2. Check the sweetness as rasgullas also contains sugar.

Ingredients For Rasgulla Kesari Rabdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First grease the bottom of the pan with 1 tbsp of ghee. This will prevent burning of milk at the bottom and enhance its taste further.
  • 2. Let the milk reduce and become thick.
  • 3. Add chopped nuts, sugar and soaked saffron (kesar).
  • 4. Stir nicely and add the rasgullas to it. Let it get soaked in the milk.
  • 5. Rasgulla Kesari Rabdi is ready. Keep it refrigerated and serve cold. Enjoy!
