Ingredients For Ravioli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For the ravioli, combined all purpose flour, butter and a pinch of salt and knead into a soft dough using cold water. Cover and keep aside.
  • 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, and add garlic and green chili. Saute for a second. Add onion and saute for a minute. Add chopped cabbage and capsicum and saute for a minute.
  • 3. Add grated tofu, salt and chilly flakes and mix. Cook for a second and remove from heat.
  • 4. Devide the all purpose flour dough into small portion. Roll two portion of the dough each into 75 mm diameter Circle using a little flour for rolling.
  • 5. Place some portion of the prepared veg. tofu stuffing over it. Cover it with another rolled dough circle and press it gently from corner. All over the circumference using a fork .
  • 6. Make all ravioli like this. Boil sufficient water, 1 tsp oil and 1/2 tsp salt in a pan. When water is start to boiling add prepared ravioli Into it and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  • 7. Stir occasionally. After 5 minutes When ravioli float over water remove from Water. Serve hot with tomato ketchup garnish with basil leaves.
