Methods
  • 1. Take a pan. add butter, put carrot fry, well once it's softened then add salt,chilli flakes, oregano as per taste mix well keep a side
  • 2. Same process fry all veggies seperately, add seasoning keep in to separate bowls
  • 3. Boil the rice keep a side
  • 4. Take a bowl, pour fresh cream beat with electronic beatter, then add ricotta cheese mix well make nice cream kind add salt mix well keep a side
  • 5. Now assemble all those
  • 6. Take a butter greased mould, put rice on base pour cream on top spread evenly then add fried veggies one by one
  • 7. One layer of cream one layer of rice one layer of veggies repeat until end then keep in oven set temperature 120degree bake 10mins it then turn of ready to serve
