Methods

How to make Roasted Sesame Seeds Coated Sattu Peanut Powder Pinni Recipe

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add sattu and saute it for 2-3 minutes on low to medium flame.
3. Now add milk,peanut powder and sugar,mix well and cook it until it becomes thick in texture.
4. Finally add fresh cream and fennel seeds and mix well.
5. Switch off the flame and transfer the mixture in a plate and let it cool down completely.
6. Divide the mixture in equal portions of balls and give a shape of pinni to all the balls.
7. Coat all the pinni with roasted sesame seeds and garnish with raisins.
8. Roasted Sesame Seeds Coated Sattu Peanut Powder Pinni is ready to serve.
