Roti Lasagna Recipe

Lasagna is the name of one of the oldest and best-known pasta shapes. It is usually rectangular or ribbon shaped, thicker than tagliatelle, made from a dough based on flour and eggs, with numerous local variants. After being boiled, the rectangular lasagna noodles are drained and placed in layers with a filling that varies based on different local traditions. So today I made it completely indian way. Completely nutricious and indian Lasagna. It's a one meal dish.

  • 1. In a pan, add chopped onions, crushed garlic, chopped green capsicum. Cook and mix it together. Add soya paste and masala a magic.
  • 2. Put some salt to taste and black pepper powder. Take a baking tray and place a roti in it. Spread white sauce on the roti and put some of the mixture made in the center and spread it around.

  • 4. Put some cheese on this particular layer. Sprinkle some black pepper powder on the roti. Bake it at 180 degree Celsius for about 15 Minutes.
  • 5. Cut it 2 parts , serve with any type of sauce with it.
