Sabudana made Recipe is the perfect way to indulge in snack during Navratri fasting.This is very useful healthy food for fasting. It is very delicious snacks.

Soak sabudana in enough water for 6-8 hours. Drain and set aside.take a bowl,mixed with sabudana, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies chopped and grated peanut powder .

Into a mixing bowl add the boiled and coarsely mashed potatoes and salt. Add aararote powder. Mixed well. Shape the mixture into kababs. And roll in sesame seeds
3.
Heat ghee in a pan. Fry 2 kababs at a time in low medium flame. sabudana kabab serve with curd.
