Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana in enough water for 6-8 hours. Drain and set aside.take a bowl,mixed with sabudana, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies chopped and grated peanut powder .
  • 2. Into a mixing bowl add the boiled and coarsely mashed potatoes and salt. Add aararote powder. Mixed well. Shape the mixture into kababs. And roll in sesame seeds
  • 3. Heat ghee in a pan. Fry 2 kababs at a time in low medium flame. sabudana kabab serve with curd.
