How to make Sabudana khatta meetha vrat ka namkeen

First of all, add 1 tsp water to the sago, mix it and keep it aside for about 30 minutes, now heat ghee in a pan, when the ghee becomes slightly hot, then add almonds in it and fry them lightly, then take them out in a plate.

Now put peanuts in the same ghee and fry till it becomes light golden, then take them out in a plate.

Now put the pieces of dry coconut in that ghee and fry it till it becomes golden in color, then take it out in the plate, now take the sago and fry it well in ghee, then take it out and keep it in the plate.
4.
Now take all the fried ingredients in a big bowl, then add raisins, ground black pepper, rock salt and powdered sugar and mix them well with the help of a spoon, ready to make delicious sabudana namkeen.
